The aim set for Deutche Leasing is to offer a wide variety of financial services especially for the customers of their partner – Chofum-Obrabiarki Ltd. company. Being the financial extension of Chofum-Obrabiarki Ltd. we would like to offer you our services concerning the leasing of CNC machine tools as well as our support in financing projects based on European Structural Funds combined with machine tools leasing. Our financial products
Finance lease
Finance lease provides the possibility of unlimited use of the machine and is a perfect investment financing tool, for both major stock incorporated enterprises as well as small private companies. In finance lease the object is included in the fixed asset account of the user, and therefore is subject to accounting depreciation. Each of the payments consists of a principal and an interest part. Both the interest and the depreciation are tax deductible expenses, as stated in the Polish law on income tax. Deutche Leasing Polska Inc. remains the legal owner of the machine throughout the whole period of the leasing contract validity. The machine will have passed to the user automatically after the last payment. A VAT tax based on the machine's value plus interest has to be paid by the user at the beginning of the contract.
Operating lease
In operating lease the machine is let to the user for a certain amount. The minimal financing time cannot be shorter than 40% of normal depreciation period, which for CNC machine tools means exactly 36 months at least. All the expenses paid by the user are tax deductible expenses. The VAT tax is divided among all payments, unlike in finance lease or others, where the VAT tax has to be paid in advance. Deutche Leasing Polska Inc. remains the legal owner of the machine throughout the whole period of the leasing contract validity. After the contract has finished, the user has the right to purchase the machine for a final amount stated in the contract. It is this purchase option that causes this sort of leasing to be treated as finance lease in the light of Polish tax regulations.
Special-purpose loan
In legal sense this product is treated the same as a bank loan.
